I went to Lamb of God show the other day...

The band was great tho, I meant I've been
their fan since they were called Burn The Priest
and I was only 18.

I met a couple of my close friends. We had a
bottle of wine and we're a little bit drunk.
Not wasted like we always used to.

I left the show earlier cos I had to
pick my GF up.

I scrathed my own car at the parking lot...
Fucked...

On the way to my GF.
Lots of thing crossing my mind.
My friends, my jobs, and my family.

I'm still waiting for my friend to hook me
up with a job, I mean..BIG fucking job.
Huge payment enough that I could pay off all
the debts in 2 months.

Just recieved a phone call from Yos, my friends,
my brother, and also my mentor that he has a job
for me and the money is OK.
Not that big but still OK.

My relationship between myself and others is
getting better. I like it that way and still
keep a distance :)

Well, everything is good now tho,
Hope it lasts like this forever.

เพลงลูกกรุง

บ้านฉันนับว่าเป็นเขตชนบท
เพราะงั้นจึงไม่แปลกที่จะได้ยินเสียง
เพลงลูกทุ่ง ลูกกรุง หมอลำ

แต่ที่ฉันชอบจริงๆแล้วน่าจะเป็นเพลง
ลูกกรุง เช่น สุรพล สมบัติเจริญ และ
ธานินทร์ อินทรเทพ

ฉันชอบเพลงลูกทุ่งด้วย เพียงแต่
ชอบเพลงลูกทุ่งในสมัยเก่ามากกว่า
จำพวก สันติ ดวงสว่าง อะไรประมาณนั้น
ลูกทุ่งสมัยใหม่มันเลอะเทอะ
บ้าบอคอแตก ฉันเกลียดด้วยซ้ำ

เสน่ห์ของเพลงเก่าพวกนี้ มีมนต์ขลังนัก
บางครั้ง ตัวเพลงสามารถบรรยาย
ให้เราเห็นภาพตามได้เลย
รวมไปถึงถ้อยคำที่ไพเราะ มีสัมผัสนอก และใน
สามารถทำให้ฉันรูสึกได้ตามเพลงในทันที

ทุกครั้งที่ฉันฟังเพลง เขมรไล่ควาย
ของ สุรพล สมบัติเจริญ
ฉันนึกภาพทุ่งนาแถวบ้าน
กลิ่นโคลน กลิ่นดิน ลมพัดเย็นๆ
แดดอาจจะแรงไปนิด
แต่โคตรจะมีความสุข

ทุกครั้งที่ฉันฟังเพลง เฝ้าไข้ใกล้เตียง
ของธานินทรื อินทรเทพ
ฉันร้องไห้ เนื่องจากเห็นภาพแม่ที่นั่งเฝ้าพ่อ
ก่อนที่พ่อจะสิ้นใจจากพวกเราไป

ฉันไม่เคยรู้สึกอายที่ชอบเพลงพวกนี้
ในทางกลับกัน ฉันกลับภูมิใจที่ฉันเป็นคนไทย
คนหนึ่งที่ยังรักในเพลงเก่า และพยายามจะให้
เด็กๆสมัยนี้มาฟังกันให้เยอะๆ

ฟังกันนะครับ
เพลงเหล่านี้ ถือว่าเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม
ของคนไทย เพื่อลูกหลานจะได้มีเพลงน่ารักๆ
แบบนี้ไว้ฟังกันต่อไป
